Thank you for kind courtesy extended to the undersigned during the subsequent discussions we had with you regarding Consent to Operate. To be secured from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board for your Phulgaon Plant. We would like to state that, we will undertake the said assignment and shall complete the same up to your satisfaction.
SCOPE OF WORK
Preparation and submission of online consent application form, collecting/Preparing necessary annexure, drawings as per requirements and submission in application.
Follow up with various officers such as Field Officer, Sub-Regional Officer, Regional Officer, Field Officer (Head Office, and Regional Officer (Head Quarters)/APAE/ WPAE, Member Secretary, and Board Members of the Consent Appraisal Committee Receiving objections, preparing technical letter, providing draft reply, presenting the case.
PLACE OF RENDERING SERVICES:
The place of rendering services generally shall be our office situated at 2nd Floor, 496/B, Om Apartment, Near KCC Classes, Kasba Peth, Pune – 411 011.
