We are clarifying you detail note on documents required for Import export Code (IEC):-
For the Purpose of application, we will have to fill the required form with the Regional Office of DGFT with the following documents.
- Digital Photograph (3x3cms) of the Director of the Company signing the application.
- Copy of PAN card of the applicant entity.
- Copy of Passport (first & last page)/Voter’s I-Card /UID (Aadhar Card) /Driving License/ PAN (any one of these) of the Director signing the application.
- Certificate of incorporation as issued by the Registrar of Companies.
- Sale deed in case business premise is self-owned or Rental/Lease Agreement, in case office is rented/ leased; or latest electricity /telephone bill.
- Bank Certificate as per ANF 2 A(I) / Cancelled Cheque bearing pre-printed name of the company and account number.
- Digital Signature
Please note that the documents should be self-attested and stamp should be affixed.
It takes almost 8 -10 working days for the process. The time limit mentioned above is subject to fulfillment of all documents
