Note on EC & Environmental Compliance Audit.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLERALCE CONDITION & ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AUDIT

 

  1. Site surveys
    1. Walkthrough surveys of site to assess the site thoroughly, systematic identification of the environmental risks and environmental liabilities associated with activities at your site;
    2. Discussions with Senior Personnel from our factory and study of manufacturing activities undertaken & future development proposals.

 

  1. Regulatory Research
    1. Environmental Clearance (EC) and check their compliance with the acceptable lim its and reports variance if any;
    2. Consent to Operate (CTO) and check their compliance with the acceptable limits and reports variance if any;
    3. Notice of Directions / Closure Orders issued by the MPCB during last 2 years;
    4. Any litigation pending;
    5. Environmental/Health and Safety Management as per applicable standards.

 

  1. Data Analysis

 

  1. Study the manufacturing process for the related plot in reference from
  2. the point of view of effluent generation, air pollution and solid waste generation.
  3. Source of water supply, its consumption and effluent generation shall be counter checked by EC/Consent conditions.
  4. Adequacy study of effluent treatment plant and Sewage treatment plant
  5. Sources of air pollution and adequacy of control devices shall be reported. A comparison will be made with limits imposed by authorities and report will be submitted.
  6. Method of collection of wastes (Solids or liquids) shall be reviewed and their effectiveness assessed. Possibility of any contamination in soil or ground water shall be reported.
  7. JVS reports / third party reports of air monitoring, effluent monitoring will be studied and compliance / variations etc. will be reported.
  8. Study the existing environmental related documents like MPCB consent, environment statement, Hazardous waste manifest, form 4 and other related documents such as MPCB notices, proposed directions, if any
  9. Status of pollution control devices and their effectiveness will be reviewed.
  10. A summary of your key findings and recommendations will be presented to your client.
  11. Preparation of the Audit Report and submission to your

 

  1. Training Requirement

We will identify training requirement and will conduct training session regarding EC & Environmental Compliance.

 

Time Requirement: –

 

Site Audit: The entire audit will be conducted in 2-3 days.

Summary of Key findings & Recommendations: 4-5 days after audit.

Report Preparation & Submission: 2 weeks from completion of site visit & Audit depending upon the availability of the required information / documents/ License copies with Client.

Audit Methodology: Physical Survey & Document verification as evidences.

 

CLIENTS SCOPE OF WORK: –  

  1. Industry Should nominate knowledgeable & Competent persons from the various department to discuss the manufacturing process / documentation etc.
  2. Industry shall provide documents like EC copy, Consent copies, MPCB portal Log in ID & Password to identify the compliance list prior to site visit once PO is issued.
  3. All the lay outs / Drawings/ Technical details/ process flow diagrams/ Monitoring & Analysis reports etc. shall be provided by industry as and when demanded for study & verification.
  4. The data regarding RM Consumption / Production/ waste Generation & Disposal shall be made available by industry when demanded.
