2. Trademark registration:
(A) Documents Required:

- Location Map, Instagram/ Facebook Profile Page, Link, Social Media Pictures
- KYC of Authorized person who sign application.
Address Proof of Authorized Signatory (Any one document required):
- Passport
- Driving License
- Voter’s identity Card
- Any latest utility bill of home country of applicant
(B) Details of Trademark:
- Whether applicant intending to register
- Name only or
- Any specific LOGO/Label/Device/Sound Mark/Word Mark & 3D Mark.
(C) Registration with Government authority:
Trademark registration protects your brand name from being used in same or similar fashion by any entity.
(D) Timeline for the Assignment:
The trademark application can be filed by approx. 2 hrs subject to receipt of complete documents and details from the Client.
(E) Place of Rendering Services:
The place of rendering services generally shall be our office situated at Office No. 106, B- Wing Sr No. 55, Sukhniwas, 15th August Chowk, Mangalwar Peth, Pune – 411011, Maharashtra, India.
(F) Package of expenses:
We are pleased to inform you the standard Professional charges/fees for registration of Trademark under the Trademark Act, 1999 with different capital structure is for per trademark per Class.
(G) PROFESSIOANL FEES

(H) Terms and Conditions of payments:
- Assigner shall nominate specific person(s) for co-ordination and shall provide relevant data support in concern assignment Mr. Pramod Ladda will be assigned person.
- All the payments should be made in the name of “Ladda Bhutada & Associates”.
- All the disputes shall be subject to Pune Jurisdiction.
- Termination of this contract requires 30 days ‘notice through Email and Contact in personnel.
- Payment Terms- 60% advance along with Work Order, 40% after submission of Application for appeal.
Please note that in trademark, we have 45 classes in which we have to find out the correct class for the purpose of registration on the basis of type of service or type product for which trademark is to be registered.
