- KYC of Authorized person who sign application.
Address Proof of Authorized Signatory (Any one document required):

- Driving License
- Voter’s identity Card
- Any latest utility bill of home country of applicant
(B) Details of Trademark:
- Whether applicant intending to register
- Name only or
- Any specific LOGO/Label/Device/Sound Mark/Word Mark & 3D Mark.
(C) Registration with Government authority:

(D) Timeline for the Assignment:
The trademark application can be filed by approx. 2 hrs subject to receipt of complete documents and details from the Client.
