Money Lender

  • No money-lender shall carry on the business of money-lending except in the area for which he has been granted a license and except in accordance with the terms and conditions of such license. The Bombay Money Lending Act 1946 bans money lending business without a valid license.
  • By of registering as money lender one becomes duly authorized to lend money & the lender also gets the right to foreclosure.

Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC)

  • Authorised Money Changers (AMCs) are entities, authorised by the Reserve Bank under Section 10 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999. An AMC is a Full Fledged Money Changer (FFMC).
