• PAN Card of the Company
• Professional Registration Certificate of the Company and Directors

• Bank Statement of the Company
• Cancel Chauqe
• Income Tax Return of Directors (Last Five Years)
• Valuation Report of Directors Properties (With proof of Ownership)
• Address Proof of the Directors
• Id Proof of the Directors
• PAN Card Copy of the Directors
• Education Proof of the Directors
• Any other documents demanded by concerned department

Identity Proof of all directors:

a. PAN card or
b. Passport
c. Driving Licence
d. Voters identity Card

Address Proof:

a. Bank Account statement
b. Passport
c. Driving Licence
d. Voters identity Card
e. Any latest utility bill of home Country of applicant

Name of Identity and Address proof should be same at both proofs. Same documents required for DSC (Digital Signature certificate) application also.
